TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone interacting with Corporate Sports Leagues Ltd (“CSL”, “we”, “us”), including:
- Players: employees registering via their company to play in leagues;
- Attendees: attending CSL events; and
- Website Visitors / Online Users: accessing our website, submitting forms, or using our services online.
By registering, participating, attending, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.
Where a Participant or company has entered into a separate written agreement with CSL governing its participation in any league, event, or related activities, the terms of such agreement shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration for the League
Players
- Must register via their company or approved registration channel.
- Provide accurate information (name, jersey size, emergency contact, health disclosures if required).
- Sign the appropriate consent forms provided by their company or CSL.
- CSL reserves the right to remove any player whose conduct, behaviour, or provided information is inappropriate, unsafe, or non-compliant with these Terms or any Code of Conduct.
Attendees
- Must register via the CSL website through forms.
- Entry is subject to availability and CSL approval.
- CSL reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct, behaviour, or actions are disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.
2. Health, Safety & Liability
All Individuals
- Attendance or participation is at your own risk.
- CSL is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.
Players
- Must follow CSL health and safety guidelines and venue rules.
- Are responsible for their own fitness and medical readiness.
- Must report injuries to CSL staff immediately.
- CSL may remove players who pose a risk to themselves or others.
Attendees
- Must follow all venue health and safety rules, including emergency procedures.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Must not interfere with gameplay, equipment, or officials.
- CSL may remove attendees who act in a manner that endangers themselves or others.
3. Conduct & Prohibited Behaviour
All Individuals
- Must respect staff, officials, players, and other attendees.
- Abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
- Alcohol, illegal substances, and prohibited items are not allowed.
- Whistles, air horns, lasers, or other items that disrupt play are prohibited.
- Must not act in any way that is detrimental to the integrity of the event or the safety and enjoyment of others.
- CSL reserves the right to remove any individual violating these rules or these Terms.
4. Event Participation & Activities
Players
- Must arrive on time and wear appropriate attire.
- Must follow game rules and referee instructions.
- CSL may remove players for unsafe behaviour, repeated rule violations, or misconduct.
Attendees
- Must remain in designated areas and not interfere with gameplay.
- May be invited to voluntary activities, such as halftime games, promotions (hereinafter referred to as “Spectator Activities”).
- Participation in Spectator Activities is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. CSL is not responsible for injuries or incidents during Spectator Activities.
- CSL may remove attendees from activities or the venue for unsafe behaviour or violations.
5. Tickets, Refunds and Event Changes
All Individuals
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by CSL.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by CSL.
- No refunds will be provided for missed events or cancellations by participants.
- CSL reserves the right to reschedule or amend event details at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
- CSL is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, emergencies).
6. Photography, Filming and Media
Players
- Players may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during matches and other League activities.
- Players are required to provide valid consent via their company for such recording or photography. CSL shall not be liable for claims arising from a failure to obtain consent, and players shall indemnify CSL against such claims.
- CSL may use player images, voices, and recordings in event coverage, highlight reels, promotional content, and marketing materials worldwide and in perpetuity.
Attendees
- Events may be professionally photographed, filmed, recorded, and/ or livestreamed, which may include attendees in the background.
- By attending, attendees consent to CSL, its partners, and sponsors using their image, likeness, voice, or performance in event coverage, highlight reels, marketing, and promotional content, worldwide and in perpetuity.
- Attendees who do not wish to be prominently featured should notify CSL staff upon arrival.
- CSL is not liable for any incidental capture of attendees in images or videos, but will use reasonable care in the selection and use of media.
7. Player Kits
Players
- Jerseys and shorts must be purchased through CSL to ensure consistent branding and media quality.
- Must provide accurate information, including full names and jersey sizes.
- CSL will provide standard kits for up to 20 (twenty) players per team at no cost; additional kits may be purchased.
- By participating, you grant CSL the right to use team names, logos, and factual participation details for promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes connected to the league.
8. Website Use and Online Interactions
Website Visitors / Online Users
- Must provide accurate information when using website features.
- Must not disrupt the website’s functionality or attempt unauthorized access.
- CSL is not responsible for third-party content, embedded media, or external links.
- CSL reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the site.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
All Individuals
- By registering, attending, or using the website, you consent to CSL processing your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice.
- Team organisers are responsible for ensuring that their players have given the necessary consents for certain processing activities.
- Personal Data is only shared with parties where necessary to organise and operate events or manage the website (e.g., jersey suppliers, venue operators, service providers).
- Cookies and similar tools may collect personal data (IP address, device info) for analytics, performance, and marketing.

10. Miscellaneous
Intellectual Property
- All content on the CSL website, including logos, images, videos, and text, is owned or licensed by CSL.
- The CSL name, logo, and other branding are registered trademarks or otherwise legally protected.
- You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any CSL content, including trademarks and other materials, for commercial purposes without CSL’s prior written consent.
Communications & Notices
- CSL may contact you via email, phone, or other means for event updates, safety notices, or administrative purposes.
Enforcement & Non-Waiver
- CSL may enforce these Terms at its discretion.
- Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of CSL’s rights.
Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment
- CSL may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
11. Terms & Conditions Changes
For material changes, we may notify you directly via email or other communication.
CSL may update these Terms at any time.
